Returns Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is not as described, damaged, or defective upon arrival. If this is the case, please contact us at info@kanzulkutub.com within 30 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
In exceptional circumstances, we may consider returns on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please reach out to us first before sending anything back. Items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
To be considered for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging — along with proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will do our best to make things right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom-made or personalized products, or perishable items. We also do not accept returns on personal care goods, hazardous materials, or flammable items.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@kanzulkutub.com.
